Saudi tourist hurt after falling from cliff in Turkiye

ANKARA A Saudi tourist sustained injuries and fractures after falling from a cliff in Turkiye. The accident took place in Akcaabat district in Trabzon province in the Black Sea region of Turkiye.

The 41-year-old citizen lost his balance at a mountain slope and fell onto rocks, leading to multiple injuries and fractures in his arm and legs. His injuries were not serious, according to the Turkish media reports.

The security authorities were informed about the accident by the local people who were present in the area. The Turkish medical teams rushed to the spot and rescued the Saudi tourist before transferring him to the hospital, where he is undergoing treatment, the report added.
