JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulation to each of His Excellency Oscar Mina II and His Excellency Paolo Rondelli, the two heads of state of the Republic of San Marino, on the anniversary of their country's National Day.
