Crown Prince receives message from Indian Prime Minister Modi

JEDDAH — Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, received a written message from Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.

The message was delivered to the Crown Prince by the visiting Indian Minister of External Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar during a meeting at the Crown Prince’s office in Jeddah on Sunday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and the opportunities to further enhance them. The Crown Prince and the Indian minister also discussed the latest regional and international developments as well as the efforts being exerted towards them.

Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Saudi Ambassador to India Saleh Al-Husseini, and Assistant Undersecretary at the office of India’s Minister of External Affairs Dr. Shilbak Ambolay also attended the meeting.
