King, Crown Prince condole China president on victims of Sichuan Province earthquake

JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, on the victims of the earthquake in Sichuan province.

In his cable, the King said: “We have learned the news of the earthquake in China’s southwestern Sichuan province, and the resulting deaths and injuries. We send to Your Excellency, the families of the deceased and to your friendly people, deepest condolence and sincere sympathy, wishing the injured a speedy recovery”.

Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense, too sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, on the victims of the earthquake in Sichuan province.

In his cable, the Crown Prince said: "I have learned the news of the earthquake in China's southwestern Sichuan province, and the resulting deaths and injuries. I send to Your Excellency, the families of the deceased and to your friendly people, deepest condolence and sincere sympathy, wishing the injured a speedy recovery". — SPA
