JEDDAH — Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, received on Thursday a phone call from Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

During the call, Sharif congratulated the Crown Prince on the occasion of the Kingdom’s National Day. He wished further progress and prosperity for the Kingdom and its people.

The prime minister also thanked the Kingdom’s leadership for its continuous support for Pakistan and its people in providing relief to the flood victims.

During the conversation, the two leaders reviewed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways to further strengthen them. —SPA
