RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s new Defense Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman met on Wednesday the Chairman of Presidential Leadership Council of Yemen Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi and members of the council.

Prince Khalid said the meeting was upon the directives of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman.

He conveyed the Kingdom’s appreciation of the Council’s efforts, and it’s wishes for a peaceful, stable, and prosperous Yemen.

"I assured that the Coalition led by the Kingdom will continue to support the Yemeni people and their aspirations for the Council to achieve stability and security, and move Yemen into peace and prosperity."

During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in Yemen.
