Al-Jasser leads Saudi participation in 41st ICAO Assembly

MONTREAL — The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) is participating in the works of the 41st Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in Montreal, Canada

The Saudi delegation is led by Minister of Transport and Logistics Services Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, who is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the GACA. President of the GACA Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Al-Duailej and a number of officials are also attending.

The participation aims to strengthen the air transport industry globally and take effective steps by launching initiatives, signing partnership agreements, and developing the travel market between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries.

This will be achieved with more than 40 bilateral meetings and more than 20 scheduled receptions during this event. The event is held every three years.

It is worth mentioning that the 41st ICAO Assembly started Tuesday and will end on Oct, 7, 2022, with the participation of 187 Member States and more than 60 ministers. — SPA
