6 Saudis, including 3 women, arrested for brawl at public place in Riyadh

RIYADH — The Ministry of Interior announced that the police in Dhurma governorate in the northwest of the Riyadh region arrested six citizens, including three women, after they appeared in a video clip in a mass brawl at a public facility.

The ministry’s account on “Snapchat” published a video of the quarrel.

The police spokesman said that the police in the Dhurma governorate arrested the citizens who involved in a quarrel and fighting at a public facility in the governorate.

"It was revealed in preliminary investigations that the reason for the brawl was attributed to a previous dispute,” the spokesman said while adding that they were arrested, and legal measures were taken against them before referring them to the Public Prosecution.
