RIYADH — The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) was granted the Prism Award in the Middle East after winning first place for the best organization applying coaching practices in enhancing and improving leadership skills in human resources, presented by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

ICF announced the winner during a ceremony held in Muscat, Oman, on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022, to distribute the prizes.

The Prism Award is a highly competitive international award designed to encourage organizations to adopt coaching as a concept and development tool per the highest standards. — SPA
