JEDDAH — Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman received on Tuesday a phone call from the US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

During the talks, they reviewed the strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Prince Khalid and Austin discussed cooperation and joint coordination between the two friendly countries in the military and defense field and ways to further enhance it. The ministers also discussed issues of common interest as well as the latest regional and international developments.
