Heritage Commission showcases handicrafts, craftsmanship in Turathna Exhibition

RIYADH — The Heritage Commission concluded its participation in the 4th edition of Turathna Exhibition that was held between Oct. 9 and 15 at Egypt International Exhibition Center under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The exhibition was organized by the Egyptian Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency, and Saudi Arabia participated through a pavilion that represented the heritage of the Kingdom to promote Saudi handicrafts and products.

The Saudi Arabia's pavilion witnessed the presence of several excelling craftspeople from the different regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

They provided live shows and promotions for their works before visitors of the pavilion, in addition to reviewing a number of traditional handicrafts spread across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. — SPA
