Al-Ahsa qualifies over 30 multi-languages guides to welcome World Cup tourists

DAMMAM — The Chairman of the Tourism Committee and Al-Ahsa Chamber Mohammad Al-Afaleq stated that they have qualified more than 30 tour guides that speak several languages to receive the 2022 World Cup tourists.

Speaking to Al-Ekhbariyah, Al-Afaleq stated that Al-Ahsa is only two hours away from the venue of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Coinciding with the start of the World Cup 2022 in Qatar, which will start less than a month from today, from Nov. 20 to Dec. 18, Al-Afaleq confirmed the possibility of releasing a promotional film showing the historical depth of Al-Ahsa that is located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Because of the proximity between Al-Ahsa and Qatar, the idea of releasing films about Al-Ahsa came in order to take advantage of this global event, he pointed out.

Al-Afaleq stated that it is scheduled to release about 5 documentaries that tell the history of Al-Ahsa and the social aspects that characterize it.

He noted that two or more films will be released during the World Cup in Qatar.

It is noteworthy that the Al-Ahsa Chamber has launched a package of programs to receive the 2022 World Cup tourists.
