King pardons 6 Pakistanis following request of Pakistan PM Sharif

RIYADH Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman issued an order to pardon and release six Pakistanis detained after their verbal abuse, offensive to a compatriot woman, according to an official source at the Ministry of Interior.

This is in response to a request from Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The ministry source said that the Pakistani nationals were arrested last Ramadan after they were found verbally abusing a Pakistani woman and her companions in the courtyard of the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
