Al-Jubeir, Bahrain Crown Prince discuss climate issues in Sharm El-Sheikh

SHARM EL-SHEIKH — Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet’s Member and Climate Envoy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adel Bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir met with Bahrain’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa on the sidelines of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) here Wednesday.

During the meeting, they reviewed fraternal relations between the two countries, in addition to discussing topics on the conference’s agenda.

Al-Jubeir also met with Britain’s Foreign Secretary James Cleverly, on the sidelines of the COP27 event.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields, in addition to discussing the topics on the agenda of the conference.

Saudi Climate Envoy Al-Jubeir also met with Palau President Surangel S. Whipps Jr. on the sidelines of COP27). During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and regional and international issues, in addition to discussing topics on the conference’s agenda.

He also met with Dr. Rola Dashti, executive secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), on the sidelines of the COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh. They discussed the topics on the agenda of the conference. — SPA
