RIYADH — For the academic year 2023–2024, the Ministry of Education has announced the start of accepting the applications for the Track of Excellence for Scholarships in its third edition, beginning Thursday via the "Safeer 2" platform at https://moe.gov.sa/ar/education/Pages /Scholarship.aspx.

The Ministry clarified that the admission of applications will be available until May 5, 2023, while the results will be announced after the comparison process, starting in June 2023.

The ministry stressed that those wishing to apply for the Track of Excellence should carefully review the terms, controls, available majors, and list of accredited universities offered by the electronic portal within the track.

The Ministry emphasized that the disciplines included in the Track of Excellence meet the requirements of comprehensive development in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and raise the level of academic qualification for students by choosing the top international universities to which students on scholarships are sent.

The new and distinct majors support the Kingdom's promising sectors and increase its competitiveness on the global stage, in addition to programs and initiatives that enhance the quality of life and build a vital society. — SPA
