KUWAIT — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a written message to Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, regarding the historical and brotherly ties that bind the two countries and peoples and means to develop them in all fields.

The message was handed over by Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khaled, Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait, during a meeting with Kuwaiti Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah at Bayan Palace on Tuesday. – SPA
