RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's Culture Ministry announced on Sunday the launch of the third phase of the electronic Cultural License Platform "Abde'a" in cooperation with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.

Abde'a platform includes training institute- and higher training institute-licenses. It aims to support and enhance cultural training activity and also to provide an integrated experience for the investor in the cultural training activity.

The ministry has called on investors in the cultural training sector who have not yet obtained the license to practice their activities, to apply for a training facility license, to get the approval and the activation of their programs in various fields of culture and arts through the following link: https://abdea.moc.gov.sa/

It has clarified that the investors in the culture sector who have previously obtained a training facility license through the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation may request for hosting the training facility on the platform.

The ministry has launched Abde'a platform for issuing licenses and permits for practicing culture and art activities by individuals and institutions in March 2021, as part of the initiatives of the Quality of Life Program.
