MANAMA — Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, received Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh Thursday at Riffa Palace in Manama.

Dr. Al-Sheikh’s meet is part of his official visit to Bahrain to sign the executive program of the memorandum of cooperation previously signed between the two countries in areas of Islamic affairs.

Prince Salman highlighted the strong ties between the two countries, the importance of continuing to build on the advanced level of integration between the two sides, and the development and implementation visions that contribute to strengthening the bilateral cooperation efforts, especially concerning Islamic affairs.

He stressed that the relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are solid, hailing the level of bilateral cooperation and the joint keenness to continue strengthening cooperation in a way that contributes to the development and prosperity of the two countries.

Dr. Al-Sheikh conveyed the greetings of the Saudi leadership to the Bahraini Crown Prince and their wishes for Bahrain's leadership and people for further progress and prosperity. — SPA
