RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain on the anniversary of his country's National Day.

The Saudi monarch wished King Hamad constant good health and happiness and the government and people of Bahrain steady progress and prosperity.

On this occasion, King Salman praised the distinguished relations binding the two countries, which all are keen to develop in all fields.

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman has sent a similar cable of congratulations to King Hamad on the occasion.

In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the King constant good health and happiness and the government and people of Bahrain steady progress and prosperity.

Meanwhile, King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent separate cables of congratulations to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
