RIYADH — It’s official save the date. Al-Nassr Club will present new iconic signing Cristiano Ronaldo on Tuesday at 7p.m. in Mrsool Park.

The Saudi club has officially announced that Ronaldo will mark his first appearance in Saudi Arabia as he steps out on to the club’s modern home ground, Mrsool Park, in front of tens of thousands of fans.

“All eyes on Riyadh as the world's greatest @Cristiano will be unveiled in Al Nassr colors for the very first time,” the club tweeted.

The Portuguese footballer is on his way to the Saudi capital Riyadh. He shared a story on his Instagram saying “Hi guys, see you soon,” tagging Al-Nassr club in the story.

The lavish ceremony will be aired live on Saudi Sports Channels (SSC).



Following his arrival to Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, the 37-year-old star is set to start his day by undergoing a medical examination before being presented to the club’s supporters who will get the unique opportunity to see one of history’s greatest footballers wearing Al-Nassr’s colors for the first time.

Cristiano will also be accompanied by his family who now call Riyadh their new home.

Ticket details for the event will be revealed in due course. Fans are encouraged to keep an eye out on Al-Nassr’s social channels via @AlNassrFC_EN on Twitter and @AlNassr_FC on Instagram for the latest updates.

Ronaldo is also due to be involved in a public training session on Tuesday, alongside the rest of Rudi Garcia’s squad.

The historic transfer captured the world’s attention with millions across the world anticipating Cristiano’s latest chapter in an illustrious career that spanned over two decades.
