RIYADH — Nearly 500,000 clients have used the social case e-notarization service through the Najiz.sa portal in 2022, announced the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

In addition, more than one million verifications of client applications have been conducted electronically.

“The e-notarizations cover child custody, endowments, marriages, and legal heirs,” the MoJ clarified.

The Saudi Notarization Law has transferred a number of such jurisdictions from courts to the notarial e-system, which contributed to increased automation and better client experience.
