DUBAI — Saudi Arabia's consulate in Dubai announced that a sick Saudi newborn, who was in a serious condition, has been airlifted from Dubai to the Kingdom.

This was in implementation of the directives of Saudi Arabia's wise leadership and its constant concern for the people of the homeland.

The consulate said that the transferring operation was conducted in cooperation with the air medical evacuation plane of the Defense Ministry, and within the direct supervision of its officials.

It is noteworthy that medical evacuation service comes under the General Administration of Medical Services at the Ministry of Defense, as it has several services and tasks, including civil sectors, army training and activities.

The medical evacuation also participates in serving Hajj pilgrims.
