RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti and Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh praised the role played by the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) in developing the governorate.

The Grand Mufti met on Monday with a delegation of the Royal Commission for AlUla, led by the General Counsel for Legal Affairs, Sultan Al-Bouq, and in the presence of members of the Committee for Issuing Fatwas.

During the meeting, they discussed RCU’'s work and its projects and programs, in addition to discussing some issues related to AlUla Governorate.

Sheikh Abdul Aziz lauded the renaissance witnessed in the cities of the Kingdom in light of the developments under the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
