RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has rolled out a package of judicial services for corporations through its Najiz.sa portal. The services enable legal representatives to view cases and file various applications.

“The applications available for corporations include challenging a judgment, appealing to the Supreme Court, requesting reconsideration, applying for intervention, pursuing a dropped case, stay or resumption of proceedings, adding a representative, or correcting and reasoning a judgment,” the MoJ said.

The services can be accessed in simple steps including logging into the corporate account, selecting the relevant case from the list of cases, and clicking on the “Applications” tab from the side panel.

The ministry’s corporate account service aims to enable enterprises and corporations to receive legal services in a swift and efficient manner. — SG
