RIYADH — The fabulous global auction for Riyadh Season Cup’s ‘Beyond Imagination’ ticket has crossed the mark of SR10 million. This is regarded as the highest bid for a special ticket to the Riyadh Season Cup match between the stars of Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, including superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, and Paris Saint-Germain of France, such as Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe.

Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, said in a statement on Twitter: “Real estate tycoon Musharraf bin Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, general manager of Aqar 1 Group of Companies, has so far offered the highest bid amounting to SR10 million for the special charity ticket titled Beyond Imagination.”

The auction kick-started on January 9 with an opening price of SR1 million and will end on January 17, with the entire proceeds going to the Saudi National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan).

The eagerly anticipated match, slated to be held at King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh on Jan. 19, has generated enormous interest as all tickets were sold out within hours two weeks ahead of the match.

The privileged ticket holder will accompany Al-Sheikh to meet star players Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe, and Neymar during the presentation ceremony following the game. A gala meal with the players, access to their locker room at the King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh, and presenting the trophy are additional perks of the ticket.
