WITHIN its efforts to meet the customers’ requirements during Eid Al-Adha vacation, the National Commercial Bank (NCB) said that it will receive Eid Al-Adha in 29 working branches in different areas, seasonal offices in the ports to service pilgrims coming from land and sea, international airports branches and ATMs. The branches will be working during Eid vacation.
Saad A. Al-Abdali, Executive Vice President, Head of Branch Banking Division, said there will be 29 branches working during Eid vacation covering all regions in the Kingdom, including NCB branches in international airports, which will be working on 24-hour basis in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Madinah. Also, 2144 ATM machines, supported by the electronic channels, will provide services to the customers around the clock.
The working branches are: Dammam Main Branch – Thuqba Branch – Al Ahsa Main Branch - AlHamraa Branch in Qassim – Umm Al Qura, Hajj Street and Jabal Omar Branches in Makkah – King Abdulaziz and Al Salam Road Branches in Medina – Beach Branch, 10th Kilo Branch, 5th District Branch in Jeddah - Hail Main Branch - Taif Main Branch – Branch Airport Road in Bisha– Jazan Main Branch – Sha’bin Road Branch in Muhail – Prince Fahd Bin Sultan Road Branch in Tabuk - Khamis Mushayt Branch - Faisaliyah Branch in Najran – Al Worood, Mansoura District, Al Urayja, Khalid bin Al Waleed Branches in Riyadh – King Fahd International Airport Branch – King Abdulaziz International Airport Branch - King Khalid International Airport Branch – Prince Mohamed bin Abudlaziz International Airport Branch – Abha Airport Branch.
Al-Abdali added: ”From our experience over the past years, we can expect 5.7 million transactions to be completed during Eid vacation, which represents 5.5 percent increase compared to last year.“
As for the services provided to NCB’s 2.8 million customers during Eid vacation, Al-Abdali said phone banking-registered customers will be able to complete all their transactions such as money transfers, balance inquiry and Sadad payments on 24-hour basis. – SG
