RIYADH — The Jeddah Central Project will be inaugurated in 2027, project’s CEO Eng. Mardhi Al-Mansour announced.

Al-Mansour’s announcement came during the Future Real Estate Forum in Riyadh, where he revealed the details of the project, most notably being the completing from the demolition of nearly 2 million cubic meters, more than 400 building, and the demolition of the Armed Forces Stadium.

This is in addition to more than 30,000 journeys to get rid of debris of buildings, and several works for the Navy.

He also confirmed the completion of 3 million safe working hours, as well as rehabilitation of lands and soil, installation of mixing stations with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters per day.

It is noteworthy that the second edition of the Future Real Estate Forum will run for 3 days, with the participation of 30 countries, and 100 speakers representing the private and public sector.
