DOHA — The Ministry of Interior of Qatar has announced the extension of Hayya card validity until 2024.

The extension includes the fans, organizers, and allows its holders to enter Qatar starting from Jan. 30, 2023, until Jan 2024.

This extension will be applied within several conditions and requirements.

The conditions are: The card holders must have a confirmed hotel reservation or stay with family and friends, passport validity required to be for a minimum of 3 months upon arrival to Qatar.

Moreover, people must hold a health insurance for the duration of the stay, in addition to holding a round-trip ticket

The Hayya card provides its holders several advantages in accordance with the extension.

The most notable are: The Hayya with me feature will allow the Hayya card holders to invite up to 3 family members or friends to visit Qatar through Hayya platform or app.

Additionally, the card will offer its holders multiple entries into Qatar, free of charge and an e-gate system facility for entry and exit via state ports.

The conditions will be applied to all those holding the Hayya card with all its types which were used during World Cup Qatar 2022.
