PARIS — Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Bin Fadhil Al Ibrahim met here Friday with Dimitri Kerkentzes, Secretary General of the Bureau International Des Expositions (BIE).

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the Saudi bid to host the Expo 2030 world fair in Riyadh.

Al Ibrahim also met here Friday with the French Minister of Economy, Finance, Industrial and Digital Sovereignty Bruno Le Maire.

The two sides discussed strengthening economic relations between the two countries and issues of common interest.

The meeting was part of Al Ibrahim's visit to France to attend the ministerial-level meeting of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), held in Paris. — SPA
