RIYADH — The Ministry of Commerce has revealed the cases in which the consumers has the right to obtain a replacement vehicle, or financial compensation from the agent.
The cases include when the lack of spare parts, or if there were a defect in the vehicle's warranty, or in the event of a delay in the date set for the completion of periodic and non-periodic maintenance work.
The ministry confirmed that the consumers have the right to visit the agent to fix the vehicle if they find a manufacturing defect, or finds a defect in it during the warranty.
