RIYADH — The Civil Defense called on everyone to be careful and wary from expected weather fluctuations in most regions of Saudi Arabia, starting from Sunday until next Wednesday.
Riyadh Region will be witnessing moderate rain, including the capital, Dhurma, Al-Aflaj, Al-Muzahmiya, Al-Kharj, Howtat Bani Tamim, Wadi Ad-Dawasir and Al-Quwaiiyah.
Parts of Makkah will also be witnessing moderate rains, the Civil Defense said.
Parts of Makkah including Taif, Asir Region including Abha and Khamis Mushait, parts of Jazan, Al-Baha and Najran regions will be having moderate to heavy rain that could lead to floods.
Moreover, the Makkah Region including Jeddah, Al Lith, Khulais and Al-Qunfudhah will be expecting light rain.
The Civil Defense has stressed the importance of not approaching the sites where rainwater accumulates, and also not to swim there because it is considered dangerous.
People must adhere to the instructions announced across the various social media platforms.
