GENEVA — Human Rights Commission President Dr. Hala Al-Tuwaijri met with Sudanese Minister of Justice and head of the Sudanese delegation Mohamed Saeed Al-Hilu and his accompanying delegates here.

The Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Office in Geneva Abdulmohsen bin Khothaila was present.

The meeting was held at the headquarters of the permanent mission of Saudi Arabia in Geneva, on the sidelines of the 52nd Session of the UN Human Rights Council, currently on in Geneva.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the Kingdom and Sudan and several issues of mutual interest.

Talks during the meeting also addressed cooperation aspects in various areas, mainly in human rights and ways of promoting them, and relevant issues to the 52nd session of the Human Rights Council.

Several officials from both sides attended the meeting. — SPA
