Newly appointed ministers take oath before King Salman

RIYADH — Newly appointed Minister of Media Salman Al-Dosari and Minister of State and Cabinet Member Eng. Ibrahim Al-Sultan took the oath of office in front of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman at Irqah Palace in Riyadh on Tuesday.

The swearing-in ceremony, which followed the issuance of a royal order appointing them to the two posts, was held in the presence of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

Taking the oath of office, each of the two ministers said: "I swear by Almighty Allah to be loyal to my religion, then to my King and my country, and not to reveal any of the state’s secrets, and to preserve its interests and its regulations, and to perform my duties with honesty, trustworthiness and sincerity." — SPA
