RIYADH — The Public Prosecution has warned against using the Saudi Flag as trademark, or for commercial advertising purpose.

According to Article 15 of Saudi Arabia's Flag Law, it is forbidden to use the Saudi Flag for any purpose other than what is stipulated in the Law.

It is noteworthy that King Salman has ordered in February 2023, that March 11 of every year to be a special day for the Saudi Flag.
