RIYADH — The Ministry of Commerce announced the transfer of the ‘commercial register translation’ service to the Saudi Business Center (SBC) platform effective from Wednesday, March 15.
The name of the service has been changed to ‘printing the register in English language’ and the service will be provided without any fee.
The ministry announced that the service fee of SR100 for the translation of commercial registers has been canceled in order to facilitate the smooth transactions of the business sector and commercial establishments.
The SBC platform and its branches will provide the services of the Ministry of Commerce; Ministry of Investment; Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development; Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing; The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority; General Organization for Social Insurance; and the Federation of Saudi Chambers, in addition to giving access to services provided by 58 stakeholders in the business sector.
The SBC, through its 16 branches spread across 13 cities around the Kingdom, provides more than 750 services under one roof, most notably issuing and amending commercial register; business licenses and certificates of firms; documenting contracts and transactions; transferring and updating establishment data; appointing and registering employees and delegates; transferring ownership and sponsorships; issuing visas, providing tax returns, zakat, and social security services.
