RIYADH — The Qiwa platform, under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, announced shortening of its service periods for establishments. This is aimed at facilitating procedures for greater productivity and faster growth, as well as to support the labor sector in the best way possible.
The platform said, through its official account on Twitter, that it worked to reduce the duration of procedures and facilitate operations of firms by making available electronic services instantly in an automated manner to upgrade the level of productivity and guarantee the rights of both parties to the contractual relationship.
The platform stated that the instant services cover the issuance of professional visas that took earlier up to eight months; the procedure for changing the profession of employees that took three months previously, and the procedures for transferring the service of an employee that was earlier completed within eight months.
The platform confirmed that it aims to facilitate these procedures to improve the level of quality and productivity, increase the attractiveness of the labor market and to protect the facility and its employees in the long term.
