Mohammad bin Zayed appoints new vice president, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

ABU DHABI — UAE President Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan issued on Wednesday a decree appointing Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan as the Vice-President of the UAE alongside with Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al-Maktoum.

Sheikh Masnour bin Zayed is also Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court.

The decree was issued with the approval of the UAE Federal Supreme Council, the UAE official news agency (WAM) reported.

Also, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi has issued Emiri decree appointing Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.



He also issued an Emiri decrees appointing Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Deputy Rulers of Abu Dhabi, WAM reported. — Agencies
