JEDDAH — Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Jeddah on Monday.

Upon his arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport here, he was welcomed by Prince Badr Bin Sultan, deputy governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

He was also received by the Jeddah Mayor Saleh Al-Turki, as well as the Director of Jeddah Police, Maj. Gen. Suleiman Al-Tuwaireb.

Palestinian Ambassador Basem Abdullah Al-Agha, and the Director of the Royal Protocol Office in the Makkah region, Ahmed Abdullah Bin Dhafir were also present.
