RIYADH — The Ministry of Commerce has asked the customers to only shop online from the reliable electronic stores, both inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

If the customer wants to shop online from the electronic stores inside Saudi Arabia, then they must ensure that the e-store holds a commercial register, or a freelance document.

The Ministry stressed the importance of ensuring the reliability of the services and the safety of products of the electronic stores located outside the Kingdom who do not have a commercial register in Saudi Arabia, before purchasing from them, as they are subject to the regulations of the country of the store's headquarters.

The Ministry has confirmed that it receives reports related to unreliable stores through its Balagh Tijari application, or through contacting them via the following number: 1900.
