Madinah buses resume operating daily

Madinah Region Development Authority (MDA) resumed public transport service in Madinah buses project on the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, to provide the service to beneficiaries daily between 6 a.m. until 10 p.m.

MADINAH — Madinah Region Development Authority (MDA) resumed public transport service in Madinah buses project on the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, to provide the service to beneficiaries daily between 6 a.m. until 10 p.m.

Five tracks have been identified, including 98 stations covering all parts of Madinah, to provide public transport service to beneficiaries by equipped buses to several destinations within Madinah.

They include the track of the "Al-Haramain Train — the Prophet’s Mosque" which has three stations along the track that the bus arrives at every 60 minutes.

The track of "Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport - The Prophet’s Mosque", has two stations that provide service every 30 minutes, and the track of "Taibah University — Al-Alia Mall" includes 34 stations that operate every 15 minutes to transport beneficiaries in several neighborhoods.

The track of "Meeqat - Al-Khalidiya" includes 38 stations that the bus arrives at every 15 minutes. The "Al-Qaswaa - Sayed Al-Shuhada" route, includes 21 stations, with a rate of 20 minutes to transport beneficiaries along the track.
