NAJRAN — The Najran region has been covered in white on Eid Al-Fitr days after witnessing heavy rains and hail stones.

The weather condition has led to torrential rain in Najran city the governorates of Badr Al-Janoub, Thar, Khbash, Bir Askar, Akefa, Al-Sufah, and Haddadah, in addition to separate parts of the provinces and centers of the region.

People of Najran are enjoying their white guest, following the snowfall, that has resulted in a beautiful view. The people have begun to take pictures and spend enjoyable times in the company of their families and friends.

It is noteworthy that the General Directorate of Civil Defense has warned people not to approach places where torrents gather, in light of the expected thunderstorms in the Kingdom's regions until next Thursday.

It has stressed the importance of adhering to the instructions announced on social media platforms, and taking necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has expected that parts of Makkah, Riyadh, Asir, Al-Baha, Jazan, Najran, Al-Qasim, Hail, Tabuk, Madinah, and the Northern Borders regions will witness rain from Monday until Thursday.

The regions also will witness heavy to moderate torrential rains and hail.
