NEOM — The NEOM reserve has witnessed the birth of the first generation of young antelopes and ibex, which were released by the National Center for Wildlife Development during the previous season, the center announced.
This step comes within NEOM's efforts emanating from its vision to achieve sustainability and preserve the environment, as well as to become an unprecedented model in preserving wildlife at the regional level.
It is noteworthy that the NEOM reserve extends to over an area of 25,000 square kilometers, and aims to provide an ecosystem to preserve and develop nature and environmental components and increase biodiversity.
This comes with the aim of achieving the goals of the initiative to breed endangered wildlife species.
