GUATEMALA CITY — Deputizing for Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan participated on Friday in the 9th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) in Guatemala.
