ASUNCIÓN — The President-elect of Paraguay Santiago Peña Palacios received the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Envoy for Climate Adel Al-Jubeir on Tuesday.

Al-Jubeir extended his congratulations to Peña Palacios on his election as president of Paraguay, wishing him continued stability, progress, and prosperity.

During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields.

He conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Peña Palacios and the government and people of Paraguay.

The meeting was attended by the Kingdom’s non-resident Ambassador to Paraguay Hussein Asiri, and Director General of Al-Jubeir’s office Ambassador Khaled Al-Anqari.
