RIYADH — There are 5 days left until the spring season ends, announcing the start of the summer season, said Aqeel Al-Aqeel, weather analyst at the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).
Al-Aqeel has expected the continuation of the spring weather and rainfall, which NCM has announced earlier saying that most regions of Saudi Arabia will witness thunderstorms from Friday, and will last until next Tuesday.
Part of Riyadh will be affected by the weather conditions, Al-Aqeel said, noting that most of the abundance of rain will focus on the highlands.
It is noteworthy that the Civil Defense has called on everyone to stay in a safe place during the rains, and to adhere to the announced instructions through its platforms.
It has also called on people to avoid approaching the places where torrents gather. while warning against swimming in these places as it is considered unsuitable places for swimming due to danger.
