RIYADH — Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met on Thursday with Lebanon's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdullah Bou Habib on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition against Daesh.
At the outset of the meeting, Prince Faisal expressed the leadership's thanks and appreciation for all the efforts made by the competent security services in Lebanon for their quick response in freeing the Saudi citizen who had been kidnapped there.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan also met with Croatian Minister of Foreign and Gordan Grlic on the sidelines of the coalition's meeting in Riyadh.
Prince Faisal also met on Thursday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway, Anniken Huitfeldt.
During their meetings, the ministers reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in various fields. They also discussed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and the exerted efforts in that regard.
The ministers also discussed the most critical issues raised in the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition against Daesh.
The meetings were attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Saud Al-Sati and the Director General of the Foreign Minister's Office Abdulrahman Al-Dawood. — SPA
