MINA — The Ministry of Health has advised pilgrims to avoid standing in waiting lines for long periods after taking off the Ihram attire to perform the stoning at the Jamarat.
The ministry also said pilgrims should avoid physical exertion, direct exposure to the sun, and stampedes while throwing pebbles at the pillars symbolizing Satan.
It called on everyone to drink plenty of fluids and to always use an umbrella when venturing out. The ministry said the rituals of Hajj should be performed consciously and safely. Being in good health will help the pilgrim complete his rituals and worship, the ministry added. — SPA
