RIYADH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set 6 mandatory transportation services that Umrah companies and establishments are obligated to provide.

The Ministry said that the pilgrims and visitors have the right to be provided by the Umrah companies with the services of transporting their luggage, as well as transporting them to the air or sea ports.

Obligatory transportation services for Umrah companies and establishments also include transportation within the agreed range, the use of licensed means, they must also provide a sufficient number of drivers, in addition to providing alternative means of transportation.
