ANKARA — Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Khorayef met with a number of Turkish companies’ officials during his visit to Türkiye.

Al-Khorayef’s official visit to Türkiye comes to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries and to discuss investment opportunities.

The Saudi minister discussed with officials of the Turkish construction company, Atak Mühendislik. ways for enhancing cooperation.

He discussed bilateral cooperation in the mining sector with Eti Maden Company

Moreover, he also reviewed opportunities for cooperation with the Turkish company Tosyalı Holding, which is one of the largest companies in the world in the production of raw steel.

The minister discussed exchanging expertise and experiences with both Yaşar Group and Koç Holding companies, in addition to discussing cooperation in the industrial and mining sectors with Sabancı holding company officials.

Al-Khorayef’s visit to Türkiye comes with the aim to enhance the joint work in the industrial and mining sectors and increase the access of exports between the two countries.

It also aims to attract qualitative foreign investments in a number of targeted sectors

Al-Khorayef met, during the visit, with a number of ministers and officials in the Turkish government, and investors from the private sector.
