JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman has also sent a cable of congratulations to President Lula on the occasion.
